Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase.
We strive to ensure every order is processed and shipped with care. However, we do not offer resends or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect product is sent due to our error.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken template), you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (as shown in the carrier’s tracking).
Claims after 7 days will not be eligible for replacement.
You must email us from the same email used for your order and include clear photos or videos showing the damaged item and packaging.
If verified, we will send a replacement for the damaged item. Refunds are not issued for damaged goods — only replacements are provided.
Incorrect Items / Customer Order Errors
If you ordered the wrong item, size, or variant, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase — please check it carefully.
Once your order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours), no changes, replacements, or refunds are possible for customer ordering mistakes.
No Returns for Change of Mind or Satisfaction Issues
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Items that meet the product description but do not match personal expectations
Orders delayed by the shipping carrier within normal delivery timeframes
Non-Returnable Once Opened
For hygiene, safety, or value reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including:
Health-related products
Software
Craft kits and sets
Refund Processing
If an exception is made and a refund is approved, it will be issued within 10 business days after confirmation. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process it.
